Terms of Use (Offer)

1.1. These Terms of Use (hereinafter — the "Agreement") are a legally binding document and define the conditions for using the internet resource www.tandap.kz (hereinafter — the "Resource").

1.2. Within this Agreement, the "Administration" means the owner of the Resource.

1.3. The "User" means any individual who accesses materials of the Resource.

1.4. Using the Resource means the User fully and unconditionally accepts the terms of this Agreement.

2.1. The Resource is an independent information and reference aggregator.

2.2. The Administration is not a representative, partner or affiliate of the mobile operators whose information is published on the Resource.

2.3. The Resource does not provide communication services, does not sell SIM cards and does not accept payments on behalf of third parties. All information is for reference purposes only.

3.1. Information about tariff plans, promotions and operator services is collected by the Administration from publicly available official sources.

3.2. Information on the Resource is updated manually.

3.3. The Administration does not guarantee that changes made by operators on their official resources will be reflected on this Resource immediately.

4.1. The Administration is not liable for:

• Any losses (direct or indirect) incurred by the User as a result of using information from the Resource.
• Any mismatch between tariffs displayed on the Resource and the operators' actual tariffs. The Administration makes every effort to keep data current, but does not guarantee 100% accuracy at any given moment. Before subscribing to a plan, the user must verify conditions on the operator's official resource.
• The quality of communication services provided by operators, and any changes in third-party (operator) service policies.

4.2. The Resource is provided on an "as is" basis. The Administration does not guarantee continuous availability of the site or absence of technical issues.

5.1. All trademarks, logos and trade names of mobile operators belong to their respective owners and are used on the Resource solely to identify the relevant services.

5.2. Copying and quoting materials from the Resource is permitted only with an active, indexable hyperlink to the original source.

6.1. The Resource may use cookies to analyze traffic and improve the interface.

6.2. If the User provides their data through feedback forms, the Administration undertakes to use it solely to respond to the request in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On personal data and its protection".

7.1. The Administration may amend this Agreement without prior notice. The new version takes effect from the moment it is published on the Resource.

7.2. The applicable law of the Republic of Kazakhstan governs the relations of the parties.
