Privacy Policy

1.1. This Policy is developed in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 94-V dated 21 May 2013 "On personal data and its protection" (hereinafter — the "Law").

1.2. The purpose of this Policy is to ensure protection of human rights and freedoms when processing personal data, including the right to privacy.

1.3. Using the resource www.tandap.kz (hereinafter — the "Resource") means the User automatically accepts the terms of this Policy.

2.1. The Administration may collect the following data:

• Data provided by the User voluntarily through feedback forms (name, email address, phone number).
• Technical data collected automatically: IP address, device type, cookies data, access time and browser information.

2.2. The Administration does not verify the accuracy of personal data provided and does not monitor the User's legal capacity.

3.1. The User's personal data is processed solely for:

• Providing reference information upon the User's request.
• Improving the quality of the Resource and analyzing user activity (visit statistics).
• Sending notifications or replies to the User's inquiries.

4.1. Personal data is processed on a lawful and fair basis.

4.2. Localization requirement: under Article 12 of the Law "On personal data and its protection", collection and processing of personal data of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan is carried out using databases located within the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4.3. The Administration stores personal data in a form that allows the data subject to be identified for no longer than required by the processing purposes.

5.1. In accordance with Article 24 of the Law, the User has the right to:

• Know whether the Administration holds their personal data and receive information about it.
• Request that their data be changed or supplemented if it is incomplete or inaccurate.
• Request blocking or destruction of their data in case the collection and processing terms are violated.
• Withdraw consent to personal data processing by sending a request to info@tandap.kz.

6.1. The Administration takes the necessary legal, organizational and technical measures to protect personal data against unlawful or accidental access, destruction, modification and blocking in line with the Uniform requirements in the field of information and communication technologies and information security (Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan).

7.1. The User's personal data is not transferred to third parties, except where directly required by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan (requests from law enforcement, courts, etc.).

8.1. The Administration may amend this Policy. The new version takes effect from the moment it is published on the Resource. Users are advised to regularly review the document for updates.
